    Our modular houses boast exterior walls made of moisture-resistant and heat-treated wood, along with Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), and insolation layer. Key features include eco-conscious sourcing.

    The Larch Facade Cladding Boards not only enhance aesthetics but also represent a sustainable choice. An integrated access ladder ensures easy maintenance, providing a perfect combination of style, durability, and environmental consideration.

  • Our internal walls, based on a robust metal construction, feature a blend of premium materials for enhanced comfort and aesthetics. Crafted from Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), mineral wool, and a vapor barrier layer, the insulation ensures optimal thermal performance. This results in dense walls with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation capabilities. This not only improves energy efficiency but also reduces environmental impact while enhancing overall home comfort. The interior surfaces showcase plywood or drywall, colored by matt washable paint creating a sleek and minimalistic aesthetic inside the house.

  • The roof, built on a robust metal construction, is comprised of high-quality Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panels, each measuring 60 mm and treated for visual quality. These panels are sanded and treated with a light oil finish. The roofing system includes a vapor barrier, 190mm of ECOWool insulation, and a 50mm Wood Fiber board, ensuring excellent thermal performance. A waterproof membrane is seamlessly integrated, providing enhanced protection against the elements. To manage water efficiently, an internal gutter system is incorporated into the design, ensuring both functionality and durability for your space.
